Why Bolivia?
Because God so loved the people of Bolivia, that He gave His only begotten Son, that if any Bolivian would believe in Him, he or she would not perish, but have everlasting life. (See John 3:16)

Why Me?
How then shall they — the Bolivians — call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall Bolivians believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall the Bolivian people hear without a preacher? And how shall I preach, except I be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things! (See Romans 10:14-15)
